Bacon Wrapped Grilled Adobo Shrimp is a tantalizing combination of smoky bacon, flavorful adobo sauce, and succulent shrimp. This dish is perfect for seafood lovers and grilling enthusiasts alike. Ingredients:

  • 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 12 slices bacon
  • 2 tablespoons adobo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

Put adobo sauce, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together

Toss the shrimp around in the bowl to coat them all

For 15 to 30 minutes, let it sit

Warm the grill up to a medium-high level

Put a piece of bacon around each shrimp and use a toothpick to hold it in place

Wrap shrimp in bacon and put them on the grill

Cook for two to three minutes on each side, or until the shrimp is pink and the bacon is golden

Take them off the grill and serve them right away with lemon wedges
