Indulge in the irresistible goodness of these peanut butter cookies that are sure to satisfy your sweet cravings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract

Mix until smooth and well combined

Add the baking soda and salt to the mixture, and mix again until everything is evenly incorporated

Scoop out spoonfuls of dough and roll them into 1-inch 2

5 cm balls

Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie

Use a fork to create a crisscross pattern on each cookie, flattening them slightly

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are golden around the edges

Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
