Simple Tomato Salsa



You can make this simple tomato salsa in no time at all. It goes well with your favorite keto dishes or can be used as a dip. This salsa tastes great and is very fresh because it is made with fresh tomatoes, onions, garlic, jalapeo peppers, cilantro, and lime juice. This condiment goes well with many different foods and will quickly become a mainstay in your keto kitchen.

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped jalapeno pepper, and chopped cilantro

Add lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste

Stir until all the ingredients are well combined

Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary

Refrigerate the salsa for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together

Serve chilled with your favorite keto-friendly chips or use it as a topping for grilled meats, fish, or salads
