Funfetti Birthday Cake Oreo Cupcakes



For any party, these Funfetti Birthday Cake Oreo Cupcakes are a great treat. The bottom has a surprise Oreo cookie, and the top is made of vanilla frosting, sprinkles, and cream cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of white cake mix
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup of rainbow sprinkles funfetti
  • 12 Oreo cookies
  • 1 batch of vanilla frosting
  • Additional rainbow sprinkles for decoration

Instructions:

Warm up the oven to 350F 175C and put paper liners in a cupcake pan

Put the eggs, water, vegetable oil, and white cake mix in a large bowl

Mix everything together well

Add 1/2 cup of rainbow sprinkles funfetti to the cake batter and mix them in well

In the bottom of each cupcake liner, put an Oreo cookie

Cover the whole Oreo cookie with the funfetti cake batter in each liner

After the oven is hot, bake the cupcakes for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean

On a wire rack, let the cupcakes cool all the way down

Mix up some vanilla frosting and put it on the cupcakes after they have cooled down

Add more rainbow sprinkles to the cupcakes to make them look nice
