Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops
- 2 cans white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
Add salt, pepper, and paprika to the pork chops' seasoning
Heat the olive oil in a big skillet over medium-high heat
Sear pork chops until golden brown, 34 minutes per side
Take out of the skillet and place aside
Saut the garlic and onions in the same skillet until they are tender
Stir in chicken broth, dried thyme, and drained white beans
Mix thoroughly
