Savory Herb Compound Butter for Beef



This savory herb compound butter adds a burst of flavor to beef steaks, enhancing their richness with garlic, parsley, thyme, and rosemary. It's a simple yet elegant addition that elevates any beef dish.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, minced thyme leaves, and minced rosemary

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated

Place the compound butter mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap

Roll it into a log shape, twisting the ends to seal

Refrigerate the compound butter for at least 1 hour or until firm

Slice the compound butter into rounds when ready to use

Top each slice onto grilled or pan-seared beef steaks just before serving
