Triple Chocolate-Peanut Butter Pudding Cake



Indulge in the ultimate chocolate and peanut butter dessert with this Triple Chocolate-Peanut Butter Pudding Cake. It's a rich and gooey cake that features three types of chocolate and a creamy peanut butter surprise. Perfect for satisfying your chocolate cravings!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 1/4 cups boiling water

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, 1/3 cup of granulated sugar, 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt

Stir in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until the batter is smooth

Fold in the peanut butter and chocolate chips until they are evenly distributed in the batter

Spread the batter into an ungreased 9-inch square baking dish

In a separate small bowl, mix together the remaining 1/3 cup of granulated sugar and 1/4 cup of cocoa powder

Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the batter in the baking dish

Pour the boiling water over the top of everything

Do not stir

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cake is set and the top is firm

The pudding layer will be underneath the cake layer

Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving
