Banana Mango Sorbet



A refreshing and fruity sorbet made with ripe bananas and mangoes, sweetened with maple syrup and coconut milk.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and chopped
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave nectar
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions:

In a blender or food processor, combine frozen bananas, chopped mangoes, maple syrup or agave nectar, coconut milk, and lime juice

Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed

Transfer the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm

Before serving, let the sorbet sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly

Serve scoops of the sorbet in bowls or cones, and enjoy!
