Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Ice cubes optional
- Toppings: sliced banana, chopped nuts, pumpkin seeds, granola
Instructions:
In a blender, combine cooked quinoa, pumpkin puree, ripe banana, almond milk, almond butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and maple syrup
Blend until smooth and creamy
Add ice cubes if desired and blend again until well combined
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with sliced banana, chopped nuts, pumpkin seeds, and granola
