These Teriyaki Glazed Chicken Kebabs are a delicious and easy-to-make grilled dish that's perfect for a healthy outdoor barbecue. The sweet and savory teriyaki glaze gives the chicken and vegetables a fantastic flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 1
  • 5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions:

Teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and ginger should all be mixed together in a bowl to make the marinade

Pour half of the marinade over the chicken cubes in a plastic bag or container that can be closed again

Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or up to two hours for the best results

Warm up the grill over medium-high heat

Put chicken that has been marinated, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and red onion on the soaked wooden skewers one after the other

Brush the kebabs with the rest of the marinade as you grill them, turning them over every so often, for about 12 to 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked all the way through and the vegetables are soft and slightly charred

If you want, you can serve it hot with sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top
